For the last couple of weeks, I feel that I gain weight. I have difficulty wearing my trousers every morning. So, tonight after finished my taekwondo training, I checked my weight. Guess what I found…. my weight is 70 kg…wow. I was 67 kg last month and I was thinking it was too much, but now… it’s way toooooooooooooo much.
Now I have a new target for the next few weeks, I must reduce my weight to at least 67 kg. I know with the current weather, it’s difficult to exercise outside, but I will start from food. I will reduce eating too much rice and try to eat more fruits and vegetables.
See what I eat tonight…. hehehe 🙂
