Kjeragbolten

Kjerag, The Majesty of the Lysefjord, is located Forsand in Ryfylke. At 1084 metres, Kjerag towers above the other peaks along the Lysefjord. For some hikers, the Kjeragbolten, a round rock wedged solidly in a mountain crevice is famous place to take photograph, especially to stand on top of the rock. Kjerag has also become a popular attraction for mountain climbers and base jumpers.

Based on the weather forecast, on June 28th, 2014, there will be a nice weather. Then on friday night, we decided to hike to Kjeragbolten. We just brought sandwich, banana and water, which we always bring in all of our hiking trip. It took me 2 hours to drive to the location and less than 2 hours to hike to the kjeragbolten. So, in total, I spend the whole day just to take the pictures and enjoy the view.
