Tina’s Brownies Cake

I found this Brownies recipe when I tried to find a simple and easy chocolate cake recipe. The brownies is so soft and taste good. The original recipe can be found in Tina’s Brownies Cake

INGREDIENTS

– Cake Base

  • 150 g butter
  • 200 gr cooking chocolate
  • 125 gr walnuts
  • 4 pcs eggs
  • 125 gr sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Sugar
  • 60 gr flour

– Icing

  • 100 gr Cooking Chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons syrup

You need among other : bowl , whisk , saucepan, baking tin

PROCEDURE

– Brownies

  • Melt butter and cooking chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. (I put it in the microwave instead of heating it in a saucepan)
  • Chop walnut.
  • Beat eggs , sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Mix all the melted butter / chocolate, chopped nuts and flour.
  • Fill the mixture into a small baking pan and bake the cake on the lowest rack at 175 ° C for approx. 25-30 minutes . The cake will be slightly soft in the middle.
  • Leave the cake to cool.

– Chocolate icing

  • Melt butter, chocolate and syrup until smooth.
  • Pour the icing over the cake while still in the baking pan, and place the cake to cool so the icing hardens .

Detailed Tips
The cake can be decorated with dried pineapple. Cut fresh pineapple into thin slices ( 3-5 mm ) and dry them on a rack in the oven. (40-50 ° C for 3-4 hours) .
