Fusili Bolognese


  • 500 gr fusili, boiled and separate from water
  • 500 gr minced beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic, chopped
  • 1 small can mushroom
  • 1 small can tomato purre
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano


Tomato saus

  • Heat oil in a frying pan, put chopped onion and garlic, cook until it becomes golden brown + minced beef, stir until cooked.
  • Add mushroom, stir, then add tomato purre.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, then add oregano.

Serve boiled fusili and the saus. If you like cheese, you can add cheese before you serve it.
