- 500 gr fusili, boiled and separate from water
- 500 gr minced beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic, chopped
- 1 small can mushroom
- 1 small can tomato purre
- Heat oil in a frying pan, put chopped onion and garlic, cook until it becomes golden brown + minced beef, stir until cooked.
- Add mushroom, stir, then add tomato purre.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then add oregano.
Serve boiled fusili and the saus. If you like cheese, you can add cheese before you serve it.
