Blueberry Pie

got this recipe from my friend’s fb and it was in Norwegian. I’ll write down both Norwegian and English translation:-)

Norwegian version:

Oppskrift på blåbærpai

Ingredienser:

Paideig:

  • 125 gr smør
  • 250 gr hvetemel
  • 30 gr sukker
  • 2 stk eggeplomme
  • ca. 2 ss kaldt vann

Fyll:

  • ca. 350 gr blåbær
  • 1 dl sukker
  • 1 ss potetmel
  • 3 dl creme fraiche org. 35%
  • 3 stk eggeplomme
  • 3 ts vaniljesukker

Fremgangsmåte:

  1. Smuldre smør og mel og ha i sukker. Rør inn eggeplommer og vann. Bland gjerne deigen i mat prosessor. Sett deigen kaldt i 1/2 time.
  2. Kjevle ut deigen til en leiv og kle en pai form. Skjær vekk overflødig deig. Stekk bunnen ved 200 deg C i ca. 10 minutter til den er litt gyllen.
  3. Sette blåbæren. Dryss over sukker og potetmel. Bland creme fraiche og eggeplommer og vanilje sukker. Hell over blåbæren. Stekk ved 170 deg C i ca. 45 minutter.

Ingredients:

Pastry:

  • 125 gr butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 pcs egg yolk
  • approx. 2 tablespoons cold water

Filling:

  • approx. 350 g blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 3 dl creme fraiche org. 35%
  • 3 pcs egg yolk
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

Procedure:

  1. Crumble butter and flour and add the sugar. Stir in egg yolks and water. Mix the dough in the food processor. Cold the dough cold for 1/2 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough into a loaf and dress a pie shape. Trim off excess dough. Cracks bottom at 200 deg C for approx. 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. Put the blueberries. Sprinkle with sugar and cornflour. Mix sour cream and egg yolks and vanilla. Pour the blueberries. Bake at 170 deg C for approx. 45 minutes.
