Pancake

One weekend, I checked on my fridge and found that I did not have anything for breakfast (bread and its friend), so I decided to make pancake since I have  all the ingredients. Then I tried to find the easy way to make pancake (even though pancake is easy to make for some people, but not for me ;-)). Finally I found one recipe from this website (frokost pannekaker) and it’s easy and taste good, especially when you eat it with maple syrup ^o^

Ingredients:

  • 225 gr fluor
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 0.5 ts salt
  • 2.5 dl milk
  • 2 ea. eggs
  • 50 gr margarin, melted
  • 1 tbsp fluor
  • 2 ts baking powder

Directions:

Whisk together the milk, melted butter and egg. Sift the flour, and mix with sugar and salt in another bowl. Finally, mix the liquid into the flour mixture.

Rest the mixture for at least 1 hour – if it will be over 2 hours, then it should be refrigerated.

Just before baking, mix the rest of the flour with the baking powder, sifted and turned into mixture.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Fry the pancakes with about 4 tablespoons of mixture. Cook until it gets around the edge and it bubbles in the center.

Turn over the pancakes when bubbles begin to burst.

Cook finished on the other side (about 1 minute).
