Macaroni Schotel

Ingredients:
– Macaroni / fusili, boiled
– 500 grams of ground beef
– Mushrooms
– 1.5 dl Milk
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons flour
– salt, to taste
– pepper, to taste
– Nutmeg, to taste (a pinch)
– 4 grain eggs
– Grated cheese
– breadcrumbs

Directions:
– Preheat oven to 200 deg C.
– Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
– Saute onion and garlic, put ground beef, stirring until cooked.
– Add mushrooms, stir, add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
– Add flour, mix well, add milk.
– Remove the pan from the stove.
– Mix boiled macaroni into the mixture, add the eggs. Stir well.
– Put the mixture into the baking pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
– Bake for 30 minutes.
